All Phase Roofing: Lake Worth’s Woman-Owned Roofing Family Since 2005
Our Family Story
Cindy started her roofing journey back in the late 1990s, learning the trade from her mom, a skilled roofer who knew how to handle Florida’s crazy weather. Roofing was literally in the family blood.
In 2005, Cindy decided to strike out on her own and started All Phase Roofing right here in Lake Worth. She’d learned everything about roofing from her mother, but wanted to build something for herself and her community.
What makes our story different is that we’re a woman-owned business in an industry that’s mostly men. Cindy proved that skill and determination matter more than anything else. She built All Phase from scratch, one customer at a time.
Today, Cindy’s still actively involved in the business, even though she’s got a great team running day-to-day operations. James Boatright serves as president and handles a lot of the field work, but this is still very much Cindy’s company.
We’ve been serving Lake Worth and surrounding areas for almost 20 years now. Started small, stayed local, treated every customer like family. That approach worked, we’ve done over 2,000 roofing projects since 2005.
The business has grown from just Cindy to a full crew of licensed professionals. But we never forgot where we came from – a family business that cares about neighbors helping neighbors.
Where We Work
All Phase Roofing sticks to South Florida because that’s where we know the territory best. Been working these same counties since Cindy started the company.
Main Service Areas:
- Palm Beach County: Lake Worth, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach
- Southern Martin County: Stuart, Jensen Beach, Hobe Sound
- Northern Broward County: Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Coral Springs
Why These Areas: We know how storms hit different neighborhoods. Which streets flood during summer rains. How salt air affects roofs differently near the coast versus inland. Twenty years of working the same territory teaches you things.
James and our crew live in these communities too. When Hurricane Frances hit in 2004, we were dealing with our own roof problems while helping customers. When Wilma came through in 2005, same thing. We’re not storm chasers – we’re locals helping locals.
Commercial Flat Roofing
South Florida businesses call us because we understand what roof failures cost. One leak during business hours shuts everything down. Inventory gets damaged. Customers go elsewhere.
Flat Roof Systems We Handle:
- TPO: White membranes that reflect heat and cut air conditioning costs big time
- EPDM: Black rubber that handles Florida’s temperature swings and UV beating
- PVC: Chemical-resistant systems perfect for restaurants and manufacturing
- Modified Bitumen: Self-adhering systems that work great in our humidity
- Built-Up Roofing: Traditional tar and gravel for maximum durability
Commercial Buildings We’ve Done:
- Office buildings and retail centers
- Warehouses and light manufacturing
- Medical offices and urgent care centers
- Restaurants and hospitality properties
- Small apartment complexes
Our Commercial Approach: Every commercial job gets personal attention from James or another experienced project manager. We don’t send crews out unsupervised on business properties.
We work around your schedule when possible. Done weekend roof work for businesses that couldn’t afford to close during the week. Costs more to work weekends, but it’s cheaper than losing business.
Emergency Commercial Response: Keep emergency supplies ready all year. When storms hit, businesses need protection fast. We’ve tarped roofs at 2 AM to keep operations running.
Houses and Regular Roofing
Florida homeowners face unique problems. Daily afternoon storms all summer. Hurricane season bringing flying debris. That intense sun cooking every roofing material.
What We Install:
- Shingles rated for Florida wind zones
- Metal roofing that survives hurricanes
- Tile systems that last 30+ years
- Flat roofs for modern homes
Our Installation Process: We follow Florida’s building codes exactly – some of the strictest in the country. After Hurricane Andrew in 1992, Florida required roofs that handle 150-180 mph winds in coastal areas.
Every residential job gets a dedicated project manager. We don’t just drop off crews and hope for the best. Somebody’s always there making sure work gets done right.
Insurance Claims: We work with insurance companies regularly after storm damage. Most adjusters in Palm Beach County know us and trust our damage assessments. We handle paperwork and make sure homeowners get fair settlements.
Home Remodeling Too: Since James is also a licensed general contractor, we can handle more than just roofing. Need stucco repair with your new roof? Kitchen remodel after storm damage? We do it all under one roof.
Florida Weather Reality
Twenty years in South Florida taught us how weather destroys roofs. We’ve been through every major hurricane that’s hit Palm Beach County since 2005.
Daily Summer Storms: June through October, storms hit almost every afternoon. Heavy rain finds the smallest holes and turns them into big problems. We seal everything tight and use materials designed for constant moisture exposure.
Hurricane Preparation: We stock emergency materials before storm season starts. When hurricanes threaten, we’re ready with tarps, plywood, fasteners – everything needed for immediate protection.
Frances, Jeanne, Wilma, Irma, we’ve handled the aftermath of every major storm. Our crews deploy as soon as it’s safe, protecting customers’ properties before permanent repairs.
Heat and Humidity: Attics regularly hit 140+ degrees in summer. That heat expands materials until they crack and fail. We use ventilation systems that actually move air and materials rated for extreme heat.
Building Code Requirements: Florida’s building codes are the toughest in the country for good reason. We make sure every job meets or exceeds local requirements. Code compliance isn’t optional here.
